Escrow Process Overview

Timeline and Deadlines

• Buyer has 3 business days to deposit funds after agreement
• Seller has 5 business days to initiate domain transfer
• Domain transfer typically completes within 5-7 business days
• Buyer has 3 business days to inspect and accept the domain

Responsibilities

Buyer Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Deposit agreed amount within specified timeframe
• Cooperate with domain transfer process
• Inspect domain and provide acceptance or rejection notice

Seller Responsibilities:

• Provide proof of ownership and clean title
• Initiate domain transfer within agreed timeframe
• Ensure domain is unlocked and transfer-ready
• Provide EPP/authorization code when required

Fees and Charges

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, our escrow service provides mediation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the jurisdiction specified in the transaction agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Transactions may be cancelled by mutual agreement. If cancelled after domain transfer has begun, both parties may be responsible for associated costs and fees.
